What Does Intimate Interiors Mean? It Probably Means What You Think It Does
My purpose is to create intimate interiors designed with pleasure in mind that are a unique expression of you as a couple. A decorator with out of the box ideas who colours outside the lines ;) Side Note: To be clear when I use the term couple I am describing a committed romantic relationship that could also apply to a throuple or a poly family of five.
So you may be wondering what specializing in intimate interiors means? First off let’s define intimacy and what it means to me...
Intimacy: Where you feel close to another with a great deal of trust, care, and acceptance. To satisfy your emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual needs in a romantic relationship. With a focus on Sensual Design (appealing to the senses: Sight, Touch, Scent, and Sound)
We don't talk about sex let alone creating the atmosphere of a sacred space dedicated to sexual pleasure and play 🖤
Every relationship is different and maybe sex isn’t a part of how you express your love. As humans we like when things are wrapped in a neat little box (presents are the best) but not everyone or every relationship fits inside that pretty box with a bow. Maybe it’s a circle, a triangle, octagon, rectangle. Relationships come in all shapes and sizes so why would your home look like anyone else's?
I will get to know you well and become acquainted with very personal elements of your life, such as: do you love to shower or soak in the tub together, does your submissive greet you at the door when you arrive home, will you entertain guests or are you antisocial hermits?
The Feeling of Home
Most people's first reaction when I tell them what I do is confusion then I can see a light go off and a smile crosses their face, lol. The first question is usually “Do you design sex rooms?” in a whispered tone. And my answer is “Why, yes I do. But it is so much more than that, I believe that pleasure is for every room!
