It means I’ll be asking one million questions (que Dr. Evil)—some will make perfect sense, and others might have you wondering, "Why does she need to know that?" But trust me, each question is as important as the next. I’m not just designing a home, I’m designing your home.

Every designer says that, right? But here's what I mean specifically: there’s only one you, and your relationship is one-of-a-kind. So why should your home be like anyone else’s?

Do you love showering or soaking in the tub together? I’ll design the most badass ensuite for two, considering every splash! Does one of you rise early for yoga at dawn while the other sleeps in? I’ll craft a primary suite with blackout curtains, a dimly lit hallway behind doors, and a seamless flow from the bedroom to the ensuite, closet, or studio—so no one disturbs the other. And if you don’t sleep together, I’ll create the perfect haven just for you.

If your submissive(s) greet you nude when you arrive home, I’ll make sure nudity is woven into the design—prioritizing privacy and comfort. Think thoughtful window treatments, mirrors to reflect just right, room temperature control, and surfaces that are easy to clean. I also love symbols with personal meaning, so whether it’s a family crest as custom door hardware or a lion head door knocker doubling as a hard point, I’ll bring those details into every corner of your space. Ready to take the first step? It’s a big one, but I promise it’s worth it. Start by filling out the Design Inquiry on my website. You’ll give me just a hint of who you are—your first name (for now), how to reach you, the city where your project is, whether you're dreaming of a full-scale renovation or a luxury new build, your timeline, and a little insight into your planned investment. There's also a “tell me more” section where you can spill a few details about what you're looking for. It's my sneak peek to see if we’re vibing before anything goes further, while still keeping you anonymous.

The Discovery Call: Laying It All Out

Once I review your inquiry, I'll either let you know if we aren’t the right fit (hey, no hard feelings) or we’ll jump on a Discovery Call (virtual, of course). Your call, literally, if you want your face on camera or not. This is where I lay it all out—how much it’ll cost, how long it’ll take, and how I work my magic. You’ll also get a chance to ask any design process questions.

Follow-Up and Builder Match: Finding Our Fit

If we’re both feeling it after that call, we’ll schedule a follow-up so you have time to digest everything. During this time, I’m already thinking ahead, reaching out to the build team I know would crush it for your project. Or, if you’ve got a builder in mind, I’ll do my homework and see if they’re a good match for my style. After that second call, we’ll know if it’s a go. Either we part ways with a friendly wave, or we move forward with contracts and payment. Here’s the thing—my contract doesn’t get signed until I’ve got the builder’s name on it, so that all gets squared away at the same time.

Let the Design Begin: Your Lifestyle Questionnaire

Once contracts are signed, we’re officially in design mode! You’ll each fill out a digital lifestyle questionnaire, which is an absolute must for me to craft something tailored to you. Some questions might surprise you: Are you right-handed or left-handed? What’s your favorite way to start and end the day? What music, movies, or books light you up? What makes you feel powerful? Oh, and of course—how do you enjoy pleasure and intimacy in your home? These are just a few of the deep-dive questions I use to get to know you and how you live, love, and play.

Initial Client Meeting: Deep Dive into Your Lifestyle

After I’ve reviewed your questionnaires and done any research I need (yes, this is where I really start to connect the dots), we meet in person for the Initial Client Meeting. We’ll talk through your answers, explore how colors make you feel, and dive into your daily routines. You'll meet my chaperone, who’s always by my side for client meetings. Trust me—you’ll be tired after! These conversations are no joke. I recommend carving out some serious downtime afterward because you’re going to need it.

Inspiration Sparks: Where the Magic Happens

Once we’ve wrapped that first meeting, I retreat to my lair—okay, my office—and the real magic begins. I take everything you’ve shared and start sketching, dreaming, and putting the pieces together. This is where all the sparks start flying.

From there, we move into the full design process. We’ll have more meetings, some just us and some with the builder, but eventually, there will be a long stretch where you don’t see me. Why? Because I’m buried in the design phase, creating something you’ll fall in love with. I’ve got everything I need to turn your space into the most seductive, magical wonderland designed just for you.
